Another shocking parking fine

And this one quite possibly trumps the previous parking madness we'd heard of.

Amazingly, a traffic warden actually painted a yellow line around and under Nasser Khan's Toyota MR2 and issued a ticket. According to Mr Khan the ticket has been quashed and he's now pursuing the council for damages caused to his tyres by the line painting equipment.

His story would be completely unbelievable, except for the two tyre-sized gaps still in the yellow line, and this incredible photo of the warden actually painting the line under the MR2.
