Claims Advice
Each claim is very different and we understand that it can be a difficult time for you. As well as our Frequently AskedQuestions, you will find information specific to the type of claim that you are involved in below:
- Non-Fault Claim
This is an accident involving a known third party which is 100% not your fault. For example, you were hit in the rear while stationary and have the third party's details. They may have admitted blame. If the accident was partially your fault, please select the "fault" option below.
- Fault Claim
This is an accident that is either partially or fully your fault. This would also include accidents where the third party is not known or uninsured, for example, you have been hit in a car park and wish to claim, but the third party is unknown.
- Theft/Fire/Vandalism Claim
This relates to any of the three types of claims named.
Legal Cover
Every motor and motorcycle policy we sell includes free legal cover. If you are involved in an accident in which you were not to blame or only partly to blame, the legal company could provide you with legal assistance and expensives of up to £50,000 to help you recover any uninsured losses or "out of pocket" expenses as a result of the accident. They provide a free hire car service and can also put you in touch with a solicitor if you are injured.
