Administration Clerks

Your main duties will involve processing all incoming and outgoing paperwork for clients' insurance policies, including checking received paperwork is correct, chasing any outstanding documents and sending out policy certificates, along with dealing with Insurance Company paperwork and memos. Occasional telephone use is required. You will process policy payments and occasionally will be required to deal with clients in the Visitors Room. Full training will be given in how to use the computer system and how best to meet all the customer's requirements.

Winter Months
9am - 5pm
Saturdays 9am - 1pm or 9am - 4pm

Summer Months
9am - 6pm
Saturdays 9am - 1pm or 9am - 4pm

Saturdays are worked on a monthly rota system where you might work every other Saturday or less.

For each full time position the minimum starting salary is £12,000 per annum. Exact wages are dependant on each applicant's qualification and experience.
