Your duties will involve offering our existing clients a complete customer care package. You will deal with incoming telephone enquiries covering a wide range of subjects in connection with our clients' insurance. These may include discussions about outstanding paperwork or payments, quoting the many changes that they may wish to make to their policies, cancellation requests and also dealing with any general enquiries they may have. You will receive full training in how to use the computer system and how best to meet all the customer's requirements. The successful applicant must be strongly customer focused and have a confident and friendly telephone manner with excellent communication skills.
Working Hours
9am - 5:30pm all year
Saturdays 9am - 1pm or 9am - 4pm
Saturdays are worked on a monthly rota system where you might work every other Saturday or less.
For each full time position the minimum starting salary is £12,000 per annum. Exact wages are dependant on each applicant's qualification and experience.
