Customer Service Representatives
The successful applicants will be part of a dynamic team
responding to national calls. An excellent telephone manner
is therefore essential to this position and you must be customer
focused to succeed.
Your duties will involve offering a complete customer care package to our clients. You will deal with telephone enquiries covering a wide range of subjects in connection with our clients motor insurance. Full training will be given in how to use the computer system and how best to meet all the clients requirements. The successful applicant must be strongly customer focused and have a confident and friendly telephone manner.
Working hours are 9am - 5:30pm all year.
Saturdays based on monthly rota.
