Flux Private Clients scheme puts multiple policies together for one premium

The current financial uncertainty has meant that people are looking after their assets more carefully than ever. But they are also working harder than ever with less and less time to keep an eye on their day to day insurance needs.

People who own several vehicles, properties, motorhomes etc. often don't have the time to keep track of the different policies - or to make sure they are getting value for money.

Adrian Flux's Private Clients department has been set up for just such people, to simplify insurance procedures and provide the best cover possible. The Private Clients division manages all the different insurance policies a person holds and pulls them together under one roof.

"Each 'private client' is allocated a personal manager to look after their insurance policies," explains Julie Carter of Flux. "They know who to contact if they have a problem and are safe in the knowledge that their personal manager is just that - personal.

"The sort of person who uses this service may well own a portfolio of properties and a selection of vehicles, some of which may be classics, investment collectors' vehicles or high-value motors, and if the client has commercial properties we can add them into the scheme as well."

Because Flux has in-house specialist knowledge its experienced staff can advise each client about their individual circumstances and tailor the policy to their exact needs. "Contrary to popular belief a bespoke service does not need to be expensive," says Carter. "Because the premiums can add up to thousands of pounds, Flux can negotiate with the best insurance companies, some of which are household names such as Chubb and Hiscox, to get incredibly good deals."

The cover and service Flux offers to their Private Clients is all-encompassing. For example, for cars there is an agreed value scheme, fully comprehensive cover for the policy holder and named drivers while driving other cars, use of a courtesy car in case of accident, choice of repairer, European Motor Assistant cover free of charge and a broad driving entitlement where anyone with the policy holder's permission and who has a valid driving licence can drive any of the insured vehicles.
