Specialist insurance broker Adrian Flux will be celebrating the thousands of classic cars on display at the Silverstone Classic 2019, and presenting an award to the best car club display.
A huge display of around 10,000 classic cars is expected at this year’s event which is held at the historic Silverstone racing circuit.
And Adrian Flux is proud to be presenting the Best Car Club Display Award to the one car club that stands out from the crowd.
Craig Darwin, Owners Club Liaison from Adrian Flux will be presenting the trophy to the overall winner.
He said: “Car clubs play such an important role in preserving the history and heritage of classic cars.
“The commitment and dedication of these clubs and their members means everyone gets the chance to enjoy the vast numbers of vehicles that go on display.
“Whether it’s the Silverstone Classic or a smaller classic car display, car clubs work tirelessly and deserve to be rewarded for their efforts.”
This year will see the Silverstone Classic celebrate 50 years of the Ford Capri, the centenary of the Bentley and Mini’s 60th anniversary.
As part of these commemorations, Adrian Flux is also proud to be supporting the ‘Mini Celebration Trophy presented by Adrian Flux’ for what might just be the biggest ever grid of Pre ’66 racing Minis to take to the track.
Adrian Flux is proud to be the event’s Official Vehicle Insurance Partner. The partnership, which began last year, runs for the duration of 2018, 2019 and 2020.
Silverstone Classic 2019 will take place on July 26th, 27th and 28th. The Adrian Flux stand will be located on the edge of the Village Green.
