Portal - The online customer portal, known as one of MyAdrianFlux, MyBikesure, MyFluxDirect, MyHIC and MyTriumph used, for the purposes of this offer, to upload your schedule.
Rules - This entire set of terms and conditions.
Schedule - The home insurance schedule which will be uploaded using the portal. It will have been sent to you by your home insurance provider as part of your policy.
Smartbox - If you have a telematics policy, the Smartbox is your telematics device, fitted inside your car.
Terms of Business - The most recent version of the document titled as such, which we send with new policies.

You, your, yourself - The insured person whose login has been used to access the portal.
The cashback offer
We have the right to cancel or amend all or part of this offer and the rules at any time. Any changes to the rules will be automatically updated. It is your responsibility to keep yourself informed of any changes. The rules apply to the offer promoted by email, letter, SMS, online or on our portal unless otherwise expressly stated. You can only take advantage of the offer once. Employees of Adrian Flux Insurance Services or Herts Insurance Consultants and their immediate families, persons connected with the offer and their immediate families are not eligible for the offer. In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, the conduct or results of the offer, or any other matter relating the offer, our decision shall be final and unchallengeable and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into, comment issued, or reason given in respect of any decision made by us.
How we send your £20 cashback to you
We will refund £20.00 GBP to the credit or debit card that was used to pay for your policy in full or by way of a deposit, either this year or previously, providing the card is still valid. If your policy was paid by cheque, or your credit or debit card has expired, we will send a cheque to the value of £20.00 GBP payable to you as the policyholder. There may be a delay in excess of 28 days in processing the refund. This does not include the time the refund takes to reach you once we have processed it. Once we have processed the refund, we accept no responsibility for further delays. Any further delays should be notified to your card issuer. To protect against money laundering, we cannot issue the £20.00 GBP refund to an alternative card or to someone else, or by any other means.
Your home insurance schedule
In order to qualify for the offer, the schedule must be from a current home insurance policy in your name. It can be for buildings and/or contents insurance for a property or collection thereof. Insured properties must be in the United Kingdom. The schedule must be the most recent version issued to you. The schedule must be from a policy not administered by us. The schedule must be scanned or exported in a good resolution so we can read the information from it. You must not upload a schedule for someone other than the policyholder as specified on your portal. By uploading your schedule you hereby warrant that all information contained is true and current. Your schedule must be uploaded using the portal – we cannot accept posted, faxed or emailed versions.
Using your data
We will use your schedule and the information contained therein, along with the information we already know about you, to provide you with a free no-obligation quote whenever your home insurance renewal is due. There is no requirement to make any purchase to be eligible for the offer.
