We might be a little late to the game here but we recently stumbled across this very nice video of German custom bike builder Walt Siegl and his Ducati custom for sportswear brand PUMA.

We’re not sure what significance such a brand, which specialises in all things athletic rather than mechanical, has with the custom bike world – but we suppose as long as a company is chucking money into the creation of beautiful things, then we have to show it our support. Apparently it does sponsor MotoGP teams. You learn something every day.

There’s an acreage of carbon fibre and a lightweight frame to take the ounces out of an already burly 1993 Ducati SS setup.

And we think it looks very beautiful. Bravo Walt, bravo Puma.
