All New Ford Focus RS

30th RS Ford looks sick. In a good way.

Ford has previewed an all new Focus RS – the 30th Ford car to bear the RS badge.

And it looks perfect for carrying on the prestigious tradition of the ‘Rallye Sport’ tag.

Ford Europe’s press office claims that with new technology – including a newly packaged AWD system as well as something they’re calling Dynamic Torque Vectoring (sounds like a cure for that legendary ‘torque steer’ to us) – it is set to lead its class in cornering speed and on-the-limit handling.

It will feature a 2.3 litre EcoBoost engine and deliver more than 320PS and a whole host of exterior styling to increase aero and cooling. And what’s more the Ford team in Germany apparently harnessed the skills of donut tsar Ken Block in the R&D.

We look forward to having a crack!
