Your duties will involve offering our existing clients a complete customer care package. You will deal with mostly incoming telephone enquiries covering a wide range of subjects in connection with our clients' insurance. These may include discussions about outstanding paperwork or payments, processing the many changes customers may wish to make to their policies, cancellation requests, renewing policies and also dealing with any general enquiries they may have. Successful candidates will receive full training on our range of products, how best to meet our customers requirements and how to use the computer system. Successful applicants must be customer focused and able to work in a high paced, versatile and dynamic team. Previous customer service experience is not required, but a confident and friendly telephone manner and excellent communication skills are essential. Normal Working Hours
9am – 5:30pm all year round
Saturdays 9am – 1pm or 9am – 4pm
Saturdays are working on a monthly rota system where you might work every other Saturday or less.
This role will be telephone based, (both in and outbound calls) where you’re required to sell Insurance policies to clients who are actively looking to us for Insurance, there is no cold-calling!!
Starting Salary £16,500 - £20,000 depending on experience
Potential Earnings Up to £25,250 Plus Bonuses

Good communication skills, basic computer skills, to have some confidence and be someone who is friendly, helpful and has an engaging personality.
Your duties will primarily be telephone based; receiving calls from prospective customers, taking all relevant information, providing quotations for motor, commercial and household insurance and securing the sale of the policy. Customers will need to be advised of policy details. You will take payments to initiate cover, deal with online quotations and contact customers that have requested call-backs.
Successful candidates will be given full training on our products and how to use the computer system. You will be trained in insurance underwriting and will learn sales techniques to help place and secure business. No previous sales experience is required but good communication skills that could translate to a confident and friendly telephone manner are essential for this position.

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday the working week is between 35 to 37.5 hours per week or 7 to 7.5 hrs per day. More detail would be provided at interview.
Saturdays 9am - 1pm or 9am - 4pm
Saturdays are worked on a two-month rota system where you will be required to work three Saturdays during an eight-week period, which is part of your salary. Additional pay awarded for those who wish to work more than the required amount.
